Believe it or not fire, WoW didn't invent that look :P

Is it actually any good trav? I was thinking of getting it came out. If it turns out to be The Ghey, I'll probably finally end up getting Eve Online.

I too have been tempted to buy this game when it comes out.

As for Eve online its a great game, I put in on par with the addictiveness of WoW but prepared to pay by the month with Eve too.

Yeah, I'm aware of the monthly payments, but I'm prepared to pay however much it is per month if its a good game.

The game is very similar to WOW. Having played both LOTR seems prettier, with a little more atmosphere, I guess 'cause it's based on the books, you get the fun of going to "real" locations...like in SWG.

There's some cute cut scenes during some of the instanced quests...Got to watch Gandlaf fight a cave troll and when the nazgul come close they have done some cute effects to simulate the fear you feel...

The game is not terribly ground breaking but for me...running around to places like Weathertop, the old forrest and Tom Bombadil's house is fun.

All the character classes seem pretty balanced, I've tried them all and still don't know which one to pick, same as the races.

OH and I think you have the option of making a lifetime payment $199 US and then never having to pay monthly fees again...
