Ok, I already bought my comp parts and they've just been sitting around for over a month due to my lack of case. I tried to order the Thermaltake Armor for 240 bux (with a 450W thermaltake PSU which was a plus) but the place I ordered "mysteriously" ran out of stock and has no eta from their supplier. A load of bs later and some waiting, I might try for another case instead.
My current are choices are the:
Antec 900 (with no PSU, i've heard good and bad things about this case) - $199
Thermaltake Kandalf (with no PSU either, basically it's the same as the Armor but with a door that some how muffles the sound.) - $290
Now what should I get?
Before you ask me, the parts I have now are
P5B Deluxe mobo
Leadtek 8800 GTS (320 or 640 I don't remember and cbf'ed looking atm)
EB6400 (cos I was being skint)
I'm already using my Samsung 20" (I want a 22" to dual screen with now), I'm scabbing my hdds and drives out of my old computer and putting a different hdd in it so my mom can watch her korean movies without lag. (She complains that my K6-2 is slow....I wonder why)
I had chosen the Armor cos it seemed large and easy enough to work with, while I don't really like the bling and flash LEDs that came with, I don't really mind it too much. I probably won't even plug them in anyway. Plus it was cheap and had the amount of cooling I wanted. I also liked having that HDD cage that my current case doesn't have. Having HDDs swing around like a monkey on a vine isn't cool.
